Shah’s journey in television became legendary with the iconic 1984 sitcom Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi. His ability to play 55 completely different characters across the show’s episodes captured the imagination of audiences and showcased his extraordinary talent. But perhaps his most cherished role came decades later in Sarabhai vs Sarabhai as the witty and sarcastic Indravadan Sarabhai. In films, Satish Shah was equally versatile. His role as Municipal Commissioner D’Mello in the cult classic Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro remains unforgettable.
