Comedy Story: Facebook vs Passbook – The Ultimate Showdown

One fine morning, Facebook was lounging on a digital sofa, sipping virtual coffee, scrolling through selfies that people uploaded at 3 AM. Suddenly, the door creaked open, and in walked an old, dusty fellow with torn pages and a thick personality.

“Who are YOU?” Facebook asked, raising its blue eyebrow logo.

“I,” the old fellow said proudly, “am Passbook. People used to keep ME safe in their drawers, not you servers!”

Facebook chuckled. “Bro, nobody uses you anymore. I have likes, comments, reels, followers… What do you have?”

Passbook cleared his throat. “Respect! When I come out, people sit properly. They don’t scroll, they panic!”

Facebook froze. “…Panic?”

Passbook smirked. “Yes. When I open, someone always says: ‘अरे बापरे! इतना कम balance?’

Facebook gulped. He knew that pain. Even he couldn’t beat the emotional damage of checking the balance in a passbook.

Trying to change the topic, Facebook said, “At least people check me every 5 minutes.”

Passbook shot back, “And people check ME only when they need money — that’s true love, my boy. Quality over quantity.”

Facebook rolled its digital eyes. “I have memories that pop up and make people emotional!”

Passbook smirked harder. “And I have entries that make people CRY. Beat that.”

Suddenly, a human walked in and picked up Facebook’s phone.
“Let’s check Facebook!”

Facebook puffed its chest proudly. “See? Told you.”

Then the human saw a notification from the bank:
“Your balance is low.”

Human screamed, threw the phone, ran to the cupboard, pulled out Passbook, and whispered, “Please don’t be zero, please don’t be zero…”

Passbook looked at Facebook and winked.
“Choose your fighter, beta.”

Facebook sighed, defeated.
“Okay, you win. People still fear and respect you more.”

Passbook smiled gently. “Don’t worry. I may give tension, but YOU give distraction. We both are needed.”

And so, the unlikely duo became best friends.

Facebook taught Passbook how to post selfies.
Passbook taught Facebook how to stay grounded.

Rumor has it, the bank still prints passbooks… just to keep humanity humble.
